• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled **Video Editor** who combines strong command of traditional editing software with hands\-on experience using AI\-powered tools to speed up production, enhance visuals, and generate creative assets. The ideal candidate can seamlessly blend manual editing craftsmanship with modern AI workflows.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing, corporate, or promotional use

\* Use AI tools for tasks such as auto\-captioning, voice cloning/dubbing, background removal, upscaling, b\-roll/footage generation, script\-to\-video, and AI\-assisted color grading

\* Apply color correction, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects

\* Collaborate with content, marketing, or creative teams to understand project briefs and deliver on brand guidelines

\* Optimize video formats/aspect ratios for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

\* Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries

\* Stay updated on emerging AI video tools and recommend workflow improvements

\* Manage end\-to\-end editing timelines and meet delivery deadlines

• *Required Skills**

Traditional Editing Tools

\* Adobe Premiere Pro (expert level)

\* Adobe After Effects (motion graphics/VFX)

\* Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (basic graphics support)

\* DaVinci Resolve (color grading) – preferred

• *AI Tools \& Workflows (any combination):**

\* AI video generators (Runway, Pika, Sora, Luma, etc.)

\* AI voice/dubbing tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Descript)

\* AI captioning/subtitling tools (Opus Clip, CapCut AI, Descript)

\* AI image/video upscaling and enhancement tools

\* AI\-assisted editing (Premiere Pro AI features, Adobe Firefly, etc.)

\* Prompt engineering for AI video/image generation

• *Other Skills :**

\* Strong storytelling and pacing sense

\* Sound design and basic audio mixing

\* Good communication and ability to take creative feedback
