• We are expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled Video Editor who can transform educational ideas into engaging visual content.

• *Role Overview**

• We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Academic, Creative, and Marketing Teams to produce high\-quality educational videos, recorded lectures, promotional videos, and social media content.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Edit educational, promotional, and social media videos.
• Collaborate with the Academic Team to edit lectures and language\-learning content.
• Add subtitles, animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Enhance video colour, audio, and overall quality.
• Optimise videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Follow CandleSkill’s brand guidelines and ensure timely project delivery.

• *Essential Requirements**

• Experience in video editing and post\-production.
• **Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.**
• **Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.**
• Understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, colour grading, and audio editing.
• Ability to edit educational content clearly and creatively.
• **Effective use of AI tools to improve workflow while ensuring original, independently reviewed work.**
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in educational, instructional, or digital marketing video production.
• **Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Audition.**
• Experience using AI\-assisted video editing and content\-production tools.
• **A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills.**
