Job requirement
- Cut and edit short\-form video content (15–90 sec) optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Apply motion graphics, captions, sound design, and trending audio
Work from creative briefs to deliver platform\-ready content on tight turnaroundsMaintain brand consistency across 10 consumer brands simultaneouslyIterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from social leadsDevelop content angles, hooks, and narrative structures for short\-form video scriptsWrite detailed briefs that give editors and designers everything they needMonitor platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and translate them into brand\-relevant ideasConduct competitive research and identify content gaps and opportunities per brandCollaborate with analytics on what's working and build on high\-performing formatsWorking hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
