• *Job Description**

We are looking for a creative and passionate **Video Editor** to join our growing team. This role involves editing engaging short\-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) as well as long\-form YouTube videos. If you're passionate about creating high\-quality content, keeping up with the latest editing trends, and exploring AI\-powered creative tools, we'd love to hear from you.

• *Freshers, college students, and self\-taught editors with a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Edit engaging short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Edit long\-form YouTube videos with professional pacing, storytelling, and audience retention techniques.
• Utilize AI tools for video generation, editing, subtitles, voice enhancement, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure videos follow YouTube copyright guidelines and use copyright\-safe assets.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, color correction, and basic visual effects where required.
• Work closely with the creative team to deliver high\-quality content within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI technologies, and social media content formats.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of video editing principles and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut
• Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with AI\-powered video generation and editing tools.
• Good understanding of YouTube content creation and copyright\-safe editing practices.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
• Graphic design skills for creating YouTube thumbnails, banners, posters, and social media creatives are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of social media trends and viral editing styles.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
• Experience with YouTube optimization and audience retention editing is a bonus.
