We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer / Video Editor who can execute world\-class visual work across static and video formats. This role is central to our creative output, driving high\-quality design execution for current client needs while contributing to long\-term visual systems and brand consistency.

Design \& Creative Execution (The Now)
● Execute high\-quality graphic design and video edits aligned with brand requirements and project objectives.
● Deliver A\-grade creative output across digital, social, and campaign\-related assets.
● Support ongoing client projects with timely and consistent visual deliverables.
Strategic \& Long\-Term Contribution (The Future)
● Develop design systems and visual frameworks that can scale across campaigns.
● Ensure consistency, clarity, and authority in all creative outputs.
● Contribute to building a structured "creative engine" within the organization.
Team Collaboration \& Growth
● Work closely with the creative team to support all tasks and project needs.
● Take strategic briefs and translate them into full visual campaigns—from concept to execution.
● Learn continuously, ask questions, and actively participate in creative discussions.

Qualifications
● Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or freelance).
● Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
● Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
● Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and storytelling.
