Video Editor

Decore Designz is looking for an experienced Video Editor who can create engaging and high\-quality video content for interior design projects, social media platforms and company promotions.

The candidate should have good editing skills, creative thinking and the ability to present interior spaces through visually appealing videos.

Roles and Responsibilities

\- Edit interior design project videos, walkthroughs and promotional videos.

\- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media videos.

\- Edit residential and commercial interior project footage.

\- Create before\-and\-after transformation videos.

\- Add suitable transitions, animations, text overlays, music and sound effects.

\- Perform color correction and color grading.

\- Edit videos to highlight furniture, modular kitchens, lighting, wardrobes and other interior features.

\- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to understand video requirements.

\- Deliver edited videos within the assigned deadlines.

\- Maintain consistency in video quality and brand presentation.

Required Qualifications

\- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.

\- Bachelor's degree, diploma or relevant certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation or a related field preferred.

\- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

\- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

\- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or other professional editing software is an advantage.

\- Experience creating Instagram Reels, promotional videos and social media content.

\- Understanding of video transitions, colour correction, sound editing and motion graphics.

\- Ability to work with different video formats and aspect ratios.

\- Good visual storytelling and creative skills.

\- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

\- Experience editing interior design, architecture, real estate or home décor videos.

\- Ability to create engaging short\-form videos.

\- Knowledge of current Instagram and YouTube video trends.

\- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

\- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary

₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and editing skills.
