About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled professional who can combine AI\-powered video generation with professional video editing to create high\-quality, realistic, and engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience creating AI avatar videos, commercial advertisements, cinematic scenes, and promotional videos, along with strong video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills.

We’re looking for someone who can take a concept from **Script → Prompt → AI Generation → Editing → Final Video** and turn it into compelling, production\-ready content.

What You’ll Do

• Generate realistic AI avatar, talking\-head, commercial, advertisement\-style, and cinematic videos.
• Create AI\-generated characters, products, environments, and multi\-scene videos with consistent visuals and storytelling.
• Edit Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, YouTube content, promotional videos, explainers, and corporate videos.
• Use AI\-generated videos, images, voiceovers, avatars, and other creative assets in video projects.
• Handle cutting, transitions, motion graphics, animations, VFX, color correction, sound design, subtitles, and final polishing.
• Write and refine prompts to achieve realistic visuals, natural movements, appropriate lighting, and desired camera angles.
• Transform scripts, raw footage, and creative concepts into engaging visual stories for marketing, advertising, and brand communication.
• Create promotional videos that communicate software products, SaaS solutions, IT services, and technology concepts effectively.
• Ensure consistency in characters, scenes, visual style, and branding across multiple shots.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to develop creative video concepts and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging AI video generation tools, editing techniques, motion graphics, and social media trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, AI video generation, or related creative production work.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects**.
• Practical experience with AI video generation tools such as **Veo, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Sora, Pika, Synthesia**, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating realistic AI avatar videos, talking\-head videos, and commercial\-quality AI\-generated visuals.
• Understanding of text\-to\-video, image\-to\-video, prompt engineering, and AI creative workflows.
• Good knowledge of motion graphics, animation, VFX, transitions, sound editing, music synchronization, and color correction.
• Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, camera movement, visual storytelling, timing, and pacing.
• Ability to maintain character consistency and visual continuity across multiple scenes.
• Familiarity with social media video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform\-specific requirements.
• Creativity, attention to detail, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to experiment with different tools to achieve the best results.

You’ll Stand Out If You

• Can create AI videos that look realistic and do not appear obviously AI\-generated.
• Have created AI\-powered advertisements, product demos, brand films, or cinematic promotional videos.
• Can combine AI\-generated footage with professional editing, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
• Have experience creating content for brands, marketing campaigns, SaaS products, or IT services.
• Can independently manage the complete video production process, from concept development to final delivery.

Portfolio Is a Must

• Candidates must share a portfolio or showreel demonstrating their practical skills. Ideally, include:
• One realistic AI Avatar or Talking\-Head Video.
• One Commercial or Cinematic AI\-Generated Video.
• One Professionally Edited Video showcasing transitions, motion graphics, sound design, or visual effects.
