• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and skilled **Video Editor** to produce high\-quality promotional videos, educational content, product videos, AI\-generated videos, and social media reels for our healthcare, wellness, and MLM business. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills along with a good understanding of **Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising** to create engaging content that increases brand awareness and sales.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Edit high\-quality videos for **Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.**
• Create engaging **Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, testimonials, product demonstrations, and training videos.**
• Design motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.
• Convert long\-form content into short\-form viral content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and MLM Training teams to create impactful videos.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and aspect ratios.
• Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers, and captions to improve engagement.
• Maintain a structured library of video footage and digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, AI video tools, and platform algorithms.
• Work with AI tools to create and enhance video content when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining brand consistency.

• *Social Media \& Advertising Responsibilities**

• Good knowledge of **Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.**
• Understand the latest **social media trends, hashtags, and content formats.**
• Create videos optimized for **Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube campaigns.**
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to develop high\-performing ad creatives.
• Understand audience engagement, CTR, watch time, and video performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns using video creatives.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and basic advertising strategies will be an added advantage.

• *Required Skills**

• Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.**
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.
• Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
• Understanding of AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple projects.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

• *Experience**

• **2–5 years** of professional experience in video editing and social media content creation.
• Experience in **healthcare, wellness, FMCG, direct selling (MLM), or digital marketing** will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
