We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Video Editor Executive** to handle the end\-to\-end video production and editing for our internal branding and client campaigns.
• *Role Overview**In this role, you will transform raw video footage into engaging, high\-quality, and platform\-optimized visual stories. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize, edit, and deliver social media reels, promotional videos, corporate clips, and targeted ad campaigns.
• *Key Responsibilities**

• **End\-to\-End Editing:** Cut, assemble, and polish raw footage into high\-quality videos across various formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts/Long\-form, corporate ads, and client presentations).
• **Audio \& Motion Graphics:** Handle sound design, voiceover enhancement, audio leveling, background music sync, motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds.
• **Color Grading \& Visual Effects:** Apply professional color correction, color grading, visual effects (VFX), and seamless transitions to maintain high production values.
• **Platform Optimization:** Tailor video content to match the technical specifications, aspect ratios, and trends of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all visual output aligns with Zappkode’s and clients’ brand guidelines, visual tone, and quality standards.
• **Asset Management:** Systematically store, tag, and archive raw footage, graphics, audio tracks, and final project files.

• *Requirements / Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 1–3 years of hands\-on experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Artist (Agency or In\-house experience preferred).
• **Software Skills:** High proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Adobe After Effects**, and **DaVinci Resolve** or **Final Cut Pro (FCP)**.
• **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of color grading, audio editing/mixing, frame rates, keyframing, and video codecs.
• **Creative Vision:** Sharp eye for visual hooks, pacing, storytelling, typography, and contemporary design trends.
• **Collaboration \& Deadlines:** Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver polished edits under tight deadlines.
