• *About the Role**

We are hiring a Video Editor Executive to own short\-form video and ad edits for our D2C client brands.

• *What You Will Do**

• Edit high\-performing Reels, Shorts, UGC ads and brand films for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands
• Create multiple ad variations (hooks, cuts, formats) for Meta and YouTube campaigns
• Add motion graphics, captions, colour correction and sound design
• Work with performance and social teams to improve video creatives using data
• Manage a pipeline of edits and deliver on tight timelines

• *Who You Are**

• 1–3 years of video editing experience, agency or D2C brand experience preferred
• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects (CapCut / DaVinci a plus)
• A strong portfolio of Reels, ads and short\-form content
• Understanding of performance creatives, hooks and retention

HavStrategy is looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Edit videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, and music.
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Work with the marketing and design team to create engaging content.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
