Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1\. Social\-media video editing

Edit reels, short videos, patient\-education content, doctor\-led videos, testimonials, clinic walkthroughs, treatment videos, and skincare product content.
Create content in platform\-specific formats, including vertical reels, stories, YouTube Shorts, landscape YouTube videos, and advertisement creatives.
Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, music, graphics, sound effects, and calls to action.
Ensure that the first few seconds of each video are engaging and suitable for social\-media retention.

2\. Brand consistency

Follow Gleuhr’s visual guidelines, tone of voice, fonts, colours, logo usage, and editing style.
Maintain a premium, clean, credible, and clinically appropriate aesthetic.
Ensure that videos do not appear over\-edited, misleading, or inconsistent with the brand.

3\. Content adaptation

Repurpose long\-form footage into multiple short\-form videos.
Create different versions of the same video for organic social media, paid advertisements, WhatsApp, and internal campaigns.
Resize and optimize videos for each platform.
Organize content into categories such as treatments, skincare, education, patient stories, doctor authority\-building, and promotions.

4\. Collaboration

Work closely with the content strategist, social\-media manager, doctors, therapists, clinic managers, photographers, and performance\-marketing team.
Understand the objective of each video before editing, whether it is awareness, engagement, education, lead generation, or conversion.
Suggest editing improvements based on platform trends and audience response.

5\. Quality control

Review footage for audio clarity, lighting, framing, and visual quality.
Ensure subtitles, spelling, medical terminology, prices, offers, and contact details are accurate.
Follow internal approval processes before publishing content.
Maintain proper storage, naming, and version control for all files.

Types of Content to Be Edited

Required Skills

Strong command of video\-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with After Effects, motion graphics, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
Good understanding of short\-form content, pacing, hooks, transitions, subtitle placement, and audience retention.
Basic knowledge of audio editing, colour correction, and visual enhancement.
Ability to create clean text overlays, thumbnails, animated graphics, and simple motion effects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Comfortable working with English, Hindi, and Punjabi content. Ability to create accurate subtitles is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of professional video\-editing experience.
Experience editing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or digital advertisements is strongly preferred.
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands is an advantage.
A portfolio of previous work is mandatory.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
