Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Founder Branding & B2B Creative)

Key Responsibilities

1\. Video Shoot, Editing \& Founder Branding

\- Plan and execute professional video shoots for founders, leadership, podcasts, interviews, client testimonials, and corporate events.

\- Set up camera, lighting, audio, and framing to ensure high\-quality production.

\- Edit founder, leadership, and corporate videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

\- Create engaging reels, podcasts, webinars, interviews, testimonials, case studies, and educational videos.

\- Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, subtitles, sound design, brand elements, and CTAs.

\- Repurpose long\-form content into multiple short\-form assets.

\- all type of creative and unique editing which grab the attention \- motion grapics, animations

2\. Graphic Design

\- Design social media creatives, LinkedIn carousels, presentations, brochures, infographics, proposal decks, website graphics, email banners, and other marketing materials.

\- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creative assets.

3\. AI\-Powered Content Creation

\- Use AI tools to enhance video editing, image generation, captions, voiceovers, background removal, and content repurposing.

\- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and creative trends.

4\. Collaboration

\- Work closely with the Founder, Marketing Team, Content Writer, and Social Media Manager to execute content calendars and campaigns.

\- Manage creative assets and deliver projects within timelines.
