About the Role

HL Tech India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high\-quality video content. The candidate will be responsible for editing videos for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional content, company projects, and brand communication.

Both freshers with creative skills and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high\-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
• Work on raw footage, trimming, transitions, color correction, audio synchronization, and sound effects.
• Add text overlays, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects wherever required.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements.
• Ensure videos meet the required quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, transitions, and social media content formats.
• Maintain consistency in video quality and brand identity.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or CapCut.
• Understanding of video composition, transitions, color grading, and audio editing.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand video briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual content.
• Knowledge of social media video formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1\).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with a portfolio or sample editing work will be preferred.
• Relevant educational qualifications or certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• A creative mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Experience

• Freshers: Candidates with basic editing knowledge and creative skills.
• Experienced: Candidates with professional video editing experience and a strong portfolio.
