Video Editor \& Social Media Hanler

We are hiring one creative who can shoot\-to\-post on their own: edit videos, design social posts, and run our channels day to day.

You will turn the product vision into content that grows our audience and drives traffic/installs.

This role suits someone who ships fast, cares about quality, and wants ownership rather than a task list.

What you will do

• *Video editing**

• Edit videos for Reels/posts, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Meta ads: hooks, cuts, captions, motion text, music and sound.
• Turn raw footage, screen recordings and UGC clips into app demos, tutorials and ad creatives.
• Produce multiple versions of each ad (different hooks, lengths, aspect ratios) for testing.

• *Posts and graphics**

• Design static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails and App Store screenshots.
• Keep every asset on\-brand: colours, fonts, tone and app UI shown accurately.

• *Channel management**

• Own the content calendar and publish on schedule across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. Work closely with Social Media Manager and the team
• Track views, engagement, follower growth and click\-throughs weekly, and double down on what works.

• *Vision and ideas**

• Understand users and value, and translate that into content ideas without being told every detail. Need a passionate team member for this role.
• Follow trends, formats and competitor content, and pitch new ideas every week.
• Brief and coordinate with UGC creators, team members and freelancers when needed along with Social Media Manager

What you need

• 3\+ years editing videos, with a portfolio of published work.
• Strong skills in editing tools
• A sharp sense of hooks, pacing and retention in the first 3 seconds.
• Proven speed to work
• Hands\-on experience running brand social accounts and reading their analytics.
• Clear written English for captions and scripts. Good Spoken Comms would be an added advantage
• Self\-driven: A huge plus
