• *Role Description** The Video Editor role is a full\-time, on\-site position based in North Delhi. The Video Editor is responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, and creating polished, engaging videos for training, marketing, and brand communication. Day\-to\-day activities include organizing project assets, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing color correction and grading, and integrating graphics or motion elements as needed. The role also involves collaborating with trainers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to understand content objectives, maintaining consistent visual standards across projects, and managing timelines to deliver high\-quality videos on schedule. The Video Editor is expected to stay current with editing trends, software updates, and best practices that support Veridical Technologies’ educational and promotional content.

• *Qualifications**

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and assembling high\-quality training and promotional content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and professional image quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, icons, and visual elements that support learning and branding.
• Proficiency in industry\-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing and narrative flow are important.
• Ability to work on\-site in North Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with trainers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Relevant education or certification in film editing, multimedia, design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in educational or corporate content is an advantage.
