• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Video Editing**

• Edit short\-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and TikTok\-style content).
• Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create engaging storytelling.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
• Create platform\-specific edits for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• *Creative Contribution**

• Suggest hooks and editing styles to improve audience retention.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and viral editing techniques.
• Assist in creating content ideas and visual storytelling concepts.

• *Content Optimization**

• Ensure videos match brand guidelines.
• Optimize videos for engagement and watch time.
• Export content in platform\-appropriate formats and resolutions.

• *Team Collaboration**

• Work closely with social media managers and content strategists.
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Maintain organized project files and editing assets.

• *Requirements**

• *Technical Skills**

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (preferred but not mandatory)
• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve
• Canva Video Editor

• *Editing Skills**

• Understanding of pacing and storytelling.
• Ability to add subtitles and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio balancing.
• Understanding of social media content formats.
