You’ll work across long‑form and short‑form content, experiment with trending AI platforms, and bring global standards to every project. Prior experience working with a **digital marketing agency** will be a strong advantage, as you’ll be expected to align video outputs with campaign goals and brand storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Video Editing \& Production**: Edit and produce long‑form and short‑form content with strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual polish.
• **Motion Graphics \& Animation**: Enhance projects with dynamic animations, transitions, and 3D camera work.
• **AI Tools Integration**: Apply trending AI platforms for editing, captioning, and creative ideation.
• **Global Content Standards**: Adapt content for diverse audiences and international markets.
• **Workflow \& Asset Management**: Organize video assets, maintain brand consistency, and deliver on deadlines.
• **Creative Experimentation**: Explore new editing styles, AI prompts, and visual storytelling techniques to keep content fresh.
• **Cross‑Platform Adaptation**: Tailor edits for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital platforms with optimized formats.
• **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, marketers, and content strategists to align video outputs with campaign goals.

• *Requirements:**

• *Experience \& Skills:**

• 2–3 years of proven experience in **video editing** across long‑form and short‑form formats.
• Prior experience working with a **digital marketing agency** or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects** or similar.
• Basic knowledge in **motion graphics** and **animation techniques**.
• Hands‑on exposure to **AI tools** (RunwayML, ChatGPT, MidJourney, or equivalents).
• Understanding of **AI prompts** for video/image generation.
• International project exposure is a plus.
