Are you passionate about visual storytelling and creating high\-impact digital content?

ElectroGlobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Video Editor \& Motion Graphic** to join our Marketing \& Brand Communications team. This role involves producing compelling video content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms and showcases our deep\-tech innovations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Edit professional\-quality promotional, product showcase, educational, and event\-based videos.
• Transform raw footage into engaging long\-form and short\-form content tailored for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create reels, shorts, explainer videos, testimonials, and founder interviews.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, background music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
• Perform color correction, sound balancing, and final video optimization.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative video campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, typography, and pacing across all content.
• Manage video libraries, maintain organized project files, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with evolving video trends, platform algorithms, and editing techniques..

• *Preferred Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Making, Communication, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of storytelling structure, pacing, visual composition, and motion graphics.
• Experience with color grading, sound design, and video optimization for multiple platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
