Job Description

*About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor to join our team on a freelance, work\-from\-home basis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing podcasts and creating engaging short\-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

*Responsibilities:**

Edit long\-form podcast videos professionally.
Create high\-quality short\-form content from podcast episodes.
Add engaging cuts, captions, transitions, zoom effects, B\-rolls, sound effects, and motion graphics where required.
Ensure videos are optimized for social media platforms.
Deliver projects within the agreed timelines.
Maintain consistency in editing style and brand quality.

Proven experience in podcast and short\-form video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Commitment to meeting deadlines and handling revisions professionally.
Portfolio showcasing previous editing work (Podcasts/Reels/Shorts preferred).
