Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high\-quality videos for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high\-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging short\-form and long\-form video content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
• Perform color correction and color grading to maintain brand consistency.
• Enhance audio quality and synchronize voiceovers.
• Create thumbnail concepts and optimize videos for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Deliver videos within the given deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest editing styles, social media trends, and AI editing tools.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and backups.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects**.
• Good knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator** (preferred).
• Experience with **DaVinci Resolve** or **Final Cut Pro** is an added advantage.
• Understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and animation.
• Experience editing vertical videos (9:16\), landscape videos (16:9\), and square formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as CapCut, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply).

• Quality and creativity of edited videos.
• Audience engagement and content performance.
• Accuracy in revisions and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Efficient project file management.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
