Video Editor

Producerbazaar is looking for a creative, trend\-aware Video Editor to produce reels, short\-form videos and branded content. You'll work on Producerbazaar's own content as well as our other internal brands, so you'll get to build a varied portfolio across styles and audiences. We want someone who knows what's trending, edits fast, and uses modern AI tools to raise the quality and speed of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit reels, short\-form videos and long\-form content for Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms
• Stay on top of trending formats, audio, transitions, effects and editing styles, and apply them to our content
• Create engaging edits with strong pacing, storytelling, captions, motion graphics, color correction and sound design
• Use AI tools to speed up and improve the workflow (auto\-captioning, background removal, voice enhancement, generative visuals, repurposing long videos into clips, etc.)
• Work on multiple internal brands and adapt your editing style to each brand's identity and tone
• Collaborate with the content, creative and production teams to turn ideas and scripts into finished videos
• Deliver projects on time, handle feedback and revisions, and maintain quality across volume
• Organize project files, assets and raw footage properly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience (reels or social media content preferred)
• **Strong working knowledge of editing tools is mandatory:** Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro (proficiency in at least one or two)
• Hands\-on experience with **current AI tools** for video, audio, captions, image generation and workflow automation, and the willingness to keep learning new ones
• Good understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and short\-form content formats
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, storytelling and visual aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading and audio mixing
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Portfolio or showreel of previous work (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Basic videography or shooting knowledge
• Experience with thumbnail and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva)
• Experience in brand, entertainment or music content
• Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil or other regional\-language content trends
