Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with hands\-on experience in professional video editing, content creation, and post\-production.

The candidate must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory) and should be capable of creating engaging, high\-quality video content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, attention to detail, storytelling abilities, and the ability to deliver quality videos within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

\- Edit and produce high\-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.

\- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit, cut, trim, arrange, and enhance video footage.

\- Create engaging reels, short\-form videos, promotional videos, and marketing content.

\- Add transitions, effects, animations, text overlays, subtitles, and background music.

\- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, and video adjustments.

\- Create visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

\- Understand project requirements and convert creative concepts into engaging video content.

\- Ensure video quality, consistency, and brand guidelines across all projects.

\- Coordinate with the digital marketing and creative teams to develop video content as per campaign requirements.

\- Manage multiple editing projects and ensure timely delivery.

\- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

\- Relevant educational qualification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.

\- Hands\-on experience in professional video editing.

\- Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.

\- Good understanding of video editing techniques, transitions, effects, and post\-production.

\- Ability to create engaging and creative video content.

\- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.

\- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with the creative and marketing teams.

\- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality work.

Good to Have

\- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

\- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.

\- Knowledge of motion graphics and 2D animation.

\- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.

\- Knowledge of Canva and other creative tools.

\- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating video editing skills.

Candidate Preferences

\- Candidates currently based in Pune will be preferred due to urgent hiring requirements.

\- Immediate joiners are preferred.
