We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor to create engaging videos for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for editing property videos, promotional reels, project walkthroughs, and social media content to promote residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit property videos, real estate reels, promotional videos, and project walkthroughs.
• Create engaging short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Add music, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, effects, and branding elements.
• Create promotional videos highlighting property features, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and offers.
• Work on AI\-generated videos using AI video creation tools.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to understand project requirements.
• Ensure consistent branding, video quality, and timely delivery of content.
• Keep up with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and AI video tools.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Filmora, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Creativity in storytelling, transitions, music selection, and visual presentation.
• Knowledge of AI video generation tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to create high\-quality videos within deadlines.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar software are preferred.

Performance Expectations

• Create approximately **3 short videos per day**, depending on project requirements.
• Produce videos of around **25\-30 seconds** for social media promotions.
• Maintain good video quality, creativity, and consistency in branding.
• Complete assigned projects within the agreed timelines.

Eligibility

• Candidates with a portfolio of video editing work are preferred.
• Freshers with strong editing skills and creativity may apply.
• Candidates interested in real estate marketing and AI\-powered content creation are encouraged to apply.
