We are a fast\-growing team focused on producing engaging, shareable video content that connects with modern audiences. We use creativity and AI tools to ideate, produce, and optimize short\-form and long\-form videos across social media and web platforms.
We’re looking for a creative Video \& AI Content Creator—freshers are welcome, and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience preferred. You’ll generate ideas, script short\-form videos, produce and edit footage, and use AI tools to speed workflows and enhance creative output. This is a hands\-on role that blends storytelling, basic production skills, and practical AI usage.
\- Conceptualize and pitch original video ideas tailored to platform and audience (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube).
\- Write short scripts/storyboards and create shot lists.
\- Shoot and edit videos (mobile and camera) to platform specifications.
\- Use AI tools for ideation, script drafting, storyboarding, voiceovers, subtitles, thumbnail generation, and post\-production assistance.
\- Repurpose long\-form content into short clips and optimize for engagement.
\- Apply basic motion graphics, color correction, audio mixing, and captions.
\- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
\- Track performance metrics, iterate on content based on data, and propose improvements.
\- **Fresher or up to 2 years experience in video creation, social content, or a related field.**
\- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
\- Practical experience editing video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, VN, or similar).
\- Familiarity using AI tools for content (ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Descript, Midjourney/Stable Diffusion for visuals, ElevenLabs for voice, or equivalents).
\- Comfortable creating content end\-to\-end on mobile and desktop.
\- Good understanding of platform trends, formats, and best practices.
\- Strong communication and ability to work in a small team.
\- Portfolio or samples of personal/academic/work projects (links or reels).
\- Basic motion graphics (After Effects, Canva Pro, or similar).
\- Experience repurposing content for paid and organic campaigns.
\- Knowledge of SEO/algorithm basics for social platforms.
\- Basic photography or sound\-recording skills.
Pay: ₹10,210\.90 \- ₹33,889\.83 per month
