ARP Cloudnet Private Limited is expanding its digital marketing and creative services division. We work towards helping businesses build memorable brands through creative storytelling, social media content, digital marketing and online brand development.

We are looking for a creative Video Editor \& Social Media Executive who can turn ordinary footage into engaging content and help brands capture attention, build audiences and grow their digital presence.

The Opportunity

This is more than a conventional video editing role.

Initially, you will work on developing the social media presence of our in\-house brands, creating content, experimenting with storytelling and building an engaged audience.

As our agency grows, you will get the opportunity to work on multiple client brands across different industries, understand their audiences and create content that helps them stand out.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building something, not just completing editing assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• *Video Editing \& Content Creation**

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short\-form videos.
• Transform raw footage into compelling stories using creative cuts, transitions, subtitles, music and sound effects.
• Create attention\-grabbing hooks that encourage viewers to stop scrolling.
• Maintain high video quality, pacing and visual consistency.
• Create promotional videos, brand stories and social media creatives.

• *Creative Strategy \& Social Media**

• Research trending content formats, audio and social media trends.
• Suggest creative concepts, reel ideas and storytelling approaches.
• Understand audience retention, watch time, reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Assist in developing social media content calendars.
• Collaborate on creative campaigns for multiple brands.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of video hooks, subtitles, sound design and audience retention.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt editing styles to different brands and target audiences.
• Willingness to learn, experiment and take creative ownership.

• *Freshers with strong editing skills and an impressive portfolio are welcome to apply.**
