Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Video Editor** with **1–2 years of experience** who can independently manage the complete video production process—from **shooting** to **editing**. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of videography, storytelling, lighting, composition, and post\-production to create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, **shoot**, and edit high\-quality videos for marketing, branding, social media, and internal communications.
• Capture footage using cameras, smartphones, and other video equipment.
• Set up lighting, audio, and camera angles to ensure professional\-quality recordings.
• Edit raw footage into compelling videos with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and sound design.
• Create short\-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage video assets, maintain an organized media library, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and social media content formats.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects**.
• Working knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator** is a plus.
• Experience with camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to independently execute shoots as well as post\-production.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both **videography (shooting)** and **video editing** work is mandatory.

Preferred

• Experience creating content for startups, healthcare, or technology brands.
• Familiarity with social media content trends and platform\-specific best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
