• *Role Description**

The Video Editor is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Surat. This role involves editing and producing high\-quality visual content for photography and videography projects, ensuring that the final output aligns with the studio's creative vision and brand aesthetics. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include editing maternity, newborn, baby, family, and event films, creating engaging reels and promotional content, incorporating music and sound design, and maintaining consistency in colour grading and storytelling. The Video Editor will work closely with photographers, cinematographers, and the creative team to transform raw footage into visually appealing and emotionally engaging films.

• *Responsibilities**

• Edit and produce high\-quality videos for maternity, newborn, baby, family, and event photography projects.
• Create engaging Instagram reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading.
• Work on transitions, sound design, music synchronisation, and visual storytelling.
• Understand and maintain the studio's creative style and brand aesthetics.
• Coordinate with photographers and cinematographers to understand project requirements.
• Manage multiple editing projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Review footage, select appropriate clips, and maintain consistency in final output.
• Organise and manage video files, project folders, and backups.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, techniques, and creative styles.

• *Qualifications**

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
• Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing software will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of colour grading, transitions, sound design, and storytelling.
• Good creative vision and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand visual aesthetics and translate creative concepts into engaging videos.
• Strong time\-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced creative environment.
• Ability to work on\-site in Surat.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month \+ Incentives (depending on experience and skill set)
