• Someone who can take raw footage, understand the objective, craft a story, add motion, sound, pacing, and visual polish, and deliver content that feels professional and impactful.
• This role is for someone who is fast, reliable, creatively curious, and excited to work across social media content, brand campaigns, corporate films, advertisements, and digital content.

• *What You'll Do***Video Editing \& Post Production** Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and brand communication.
• Create engaging reels, short form content, corporate videos, case studies, testimonials, and promotional films.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, transitions, sound design, music, color correction, and visual effects.
• Ensure every video maintains high quality, strong storytelling, and platform relevance.

• Motion Graphics \& Animation** Create motion graphics and animated assets that strengthen visual storytelling.
• Work with typography, icons, visual effects, and animated elements to make content more engaging.
• Use motion to simplify communication and enhance viewer experience.

• Shoot Management \& Content Production** Coordinate and manage agency shoots from planning to execution.
• Assist in shoot preparation including shot planning, references, equipment coordination, and production requirements.
• Handle on ground content creation for client shoots, interviews, events, and brand campaigns.
• Capture content when required and ensure all footage is properly organized for post production.

• AI Powered Content Creation** Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and creative output.
• Use AI based tools for editing, motion graphics, voiceovers, image generation, video enhancement, and content ideation.
• Stay updated with emerging creative technologies and bring innovative solutions to projects.

• Creative Contribution** Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute content ideas.
• Research trends, formats, creators, and references to improve creative output.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to create impactful content.

• *What We're Looking For*** 1 to 4 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or post production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing editing skills, storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.
