We are looking for a creative and execution\-focused Video Editor \& Motion Designer with hands\-on experience in AI\-powered content creation. The ideal candidate will create engaging videos, motion graphics, and social media creatives for Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.

\#\#\# Key Responsibilities

\* Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.

\* Create engaging videos with captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design.

\* Repurpose long\-form content into short\-form formats.

\* Design motion graphics, animated text, thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media creatives.

\* Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

\* Utilize AI tools for video enhancement, AI\-generated visuals, avatars, background replacement, and workflow automation.

\* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies and optimize performance.

\* Export platform\-specific content while maintaining quality standards.

\#\#\# Required Skills

\* Strong experience in Reels and YouTube Shorts editing.

\* Proficiency in motion graphics and animation.

\* Good understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.

\* Experience using AI tools in video production workflows.

\* Ability to independently manage video shoots, lighting, and audio setup.

\*\*Editing:\*\* Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut

\*\*Motion Graphics:\*\* After Effects or equivalent

\*\*Design:\*\* Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

\*\*AI Tools:\*\* Runway, Pika, Luma, HeyGen, Synthesia, D\-ID, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar

\* Short\-form script writing

\* YouTube long\-form editing

\* Color grading and audio mixing

\* Workflow and template creation

\* Candidates with a strong portfolio of reels, shorts, motion graphics, and social media creatives.

\* Candidates who can demonstrate at least two projects where AI tools were actively used in content creation.
