• *Qualifications**

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Excellent video editing and content creation skills.
• Experience with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• Ability to shoot high\-quality videos and photos using cameras or smartphones.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is an advantage.
• Knowledge of photography, lighting, and basic audio recording techniques is a plus.
• Interest or knowledge of chess is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• *Job Description**

• Shoot high\-quality videos and photos for social media campaigns, events, products, and promotional content.
• Edit long\-form videos, short\-form videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital content using Adobe, Canva, or similar professional editing tools.
• Create engaging visual content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance to optimize content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of videos and social media posts.
• Organize and manage digital media assets, including videos, photos, and graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform best practices.
