• *About the Role: Are You the One?**

We’re looking for a videographer to shoot and edit high\-quality real estate videos, including property walkthroughs, listing tours, neighborhood features, and short\-form social content.

You’ll own the work from planning and shooting through editing and delivery, helping us tell clear, engaging stories that make properties and home\-buying topics stand out.

• *Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It**

● Plan, shoot, and edit property walkthrough and listing videos that show each home’s

best features

● Capture interior, exterior, and aerial (drone) footage with strong composition, lighting,

and smooth camera movement

● Produce short\-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

● Edit footage with color correction, sound design, music, titles, and captions

● Create neighborhood and lifestyle videos, agent or broker introductions, and

testimonial or interview\-style content

● Coordinate shoot schedules, property access, and logistics with internal teams,

agents, and developers

● Maintain brand consistency across all video output

● Organize, back up, and archive raw footage and final files

● Maintain and care for all video equipment

• *What You Bring**

● 2–4 years of professional videography and editing experience, ideally in real estate,

architecture, hospitality, or interiors

● A portfolio of real estate or comparable property video work

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a

plus)

● Strong command of cameras and iPhones, gimbals, and lighting for interiors

● Understanding of exposure, white balance, and color grading in mixed\-light spaces

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple shoots, and meet deadlines

● Good communication skills and a professional manner when working on project sites

• *Nice to Haves**

Licensed drone pilot (e.g., DGCA certification in India) with aerial cinematography

experience

Familiarity with motion graphics, subtitles, and social\-first video formats

Knowledge of real estate marketing and what makes a listing video effective

Basic skills in photography and voiceover recording
