**Overall Job Description**

• Achieve sales targets and provide customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank through phone.
• Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, improving service efficiency and coordinating with various teams to achieve excellence.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• High Sales orientation to meet sales target consistently.
• Excellent lead generation \& conversion skill.
• Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
• Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries.
• Generate business and cross sell all products and services of the bank.

• *EDUCATION /WORK EXPERIENCE**

• Minimum qualification is graduate in any stream
• Fresher \- Hindi Must
• Exp : 1\-5 years of experience in **banking/insurance sales** preferred. Knowledge of **Life Insurance, general insurance, and banking products** will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹220,000\.00 \- ₹660,000\.00 per year
