Visual Design and Presentation Specialist

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Visual Planning \& Layout Development**

• Develop clear 2D layouts, zoning plans, elevations, and visual schematics for events, exhibitions, stalls, pavilions, and experiential spaces
• Translate briefs, concepts, and functional requirements into structured visual plans
• Define spatial flow, positioning, proportions, and hierarchy of elements

• *Branding \& Graphic Visualization**

• Create 2D branding creatives for on\-ground applications such as panels, backdrops, fascia, signages, kiosks, counters, hoardings, and installations
• Ensure correct usage of logos, colors, fonts, and brand guidelines across all creatives
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency

• *Presentation \& Communication Design**

• Build clear and professional presentation decks for client pitches, internal reviews, and approvals
• Visually communicate concepts, layouts, and execution intent in an easy\-to\-understand manner
• Support design storytelling through clean composition, hierarchy, and visual clarity

• *Execution Support \& Coordination**

• Prepare accurate, print\-ready artworks with correct dimensions, bleed, and resolution
• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility
• Work closely with 3D visualizers by providing accurate 2D references and inputs

• *Design Accuracy \& Consistency**

• Maintain consistency in design language across projects and deliverables
• Manage revisions efficiently while preserving accuracy and intent
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• 2–5 years of experience as a **2D Visualizer / Graphic Designer** in events, exhibitions, experiential design, or related industries
• Strong understanding of layout planning, scale, proportions, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign/Corel**
• Experience creating **print\-ready artworks** for large\-format and on\-ground execution
• Ability to interpret briefs, spatial requirements, and brand guidelines accurately

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
