About Anandi School
Anandi School is a new\-age IB school built around a Harvard\-inspired 4\+1 learning model, where students spend four days in classroom learning and one day solving real\-world problems alongside industry mentors, entrepreneurs, and practitioners.
We are building a school brand that is bold, innovative, and deeply human. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and AI\-native Visual Designer who can help shape and scale the Anandi School brand across every touchpoint.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional execution\-focused design role.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, tell compelling visual stories, and build a distinctive brand identity that resonates with parents, students, educators, and the wider community.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep curiosity about how AI can enhance creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual storytelling and brand expression across all marketing and communication channels.
- Design and execute high\-impact campaigns for admissions, events, programmes, community initiatives, and brand\-building activities.
- Create high\-quality digital and print assets including:
- Social media creatives
- Brochures, prospectuses, and presentation decks
- Website and landing page visuals
- Event branding and promotional materials
- Motion graphics and short\-form video content
- Ensure consistency and excellence in brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, admissions, marketing, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to creative strategy, campaign ideation, and brand development.
- Leverage AI\-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design exploration, image generation, and video production.
Qualifications \& Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, Creative Strategy, or related fields.
- Experience working with brands, startups, creative agencies, D2C companies, educational institutions, or purpose\-driven organizations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, visual communication, storytelling, and campaign design.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept to execution.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and creative problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
