Voice Process Executive

• *About the Role:**

We are hiring energetic and customer\-focused individuals for our **International Voice Process** team. This role involves communicating with international clients/customers via phone to resolve queries, provide support, depending on the assigned campaign.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from international customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and effective solutions.
• Follow call scripts, processes, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

• *Required Skills:**

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules.

• *Qualifications:**

• Any graduate
• Prior experience in BPO/Call Center/International Voice Process is a plus
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
