Voice Process Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Voice Process Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, explain products or services, and generate leads.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their queries.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow\-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Tamil communication is mandatory; basic English knowledge is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• **Hindi Speaking Must.**
