Voice Process Executive

Sampathi Credits Private Limited is looking for energetic and persuasive **Telesales Executives** to promote and sell **unsecured business loans** over the phone. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan sales or telecalling, strong communication skills, and a goal\-oriented mindset.

* Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from the provided database to promote unsecured business loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Followup on leads through phone calls, messages, and emails until closure.
• Maintain and update the call records, customer database, and follow\-up status.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead or manager.
• Coordinate with the field sales or credit team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate product information to build trust.
• Requirements: Minimum 2 **years** of experience in **telesales**, **telecalling**, or **loan product sales**.
• Prior experience in the **NBFC** or **financial services** sector is **preferred**.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil (local language) and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
