We are looking for an experienced Voice Process Executive to join our growing team, supporting a dedicated US\-based client. This role involves direct interaction with US clients over calls, emails, and documentation. ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, client\-facing international process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for client servicing
• Manage client documentation and paperwork accurately
• Respond to client emails and text communications professionally
• Maintain high standards of client handling and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• *Requirements:**

• 2–5 years of experience in US voice process (customer support or sales)
• Exceptional English communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong client handling and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone alignment)
• Detail\-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and follow\-ups
