Job Description

- *Roles \& Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Maintain call quality and achieve performance targets.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
