Bitmax Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, customer\-focused, and professional candidates for the USA Inbound Voice Process. The selected candidates will handle incoming calls from customers based in the United States, assist them with their queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

\#\# Roles and Responsibilities

\- Handle inbound calls from US\-based customers professionally.

\- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and effective solutions.

\- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in English.

\- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service\-related issues.

\- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer\-friendly approach throughout each call.

\- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and strong problem\-solving skills.

\- Update customer information and maintain accurate call records in the CRM or relevant systems.

\- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

\- Follow company policies, call\-handling procedures, and quality standards.

\- Achieve assigned targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and resolution rates.

\- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

\- Clear pronunciation and a neutral or easily understandable accent.

\- Strong listening and comprehension skills.

\- Confidence in handling conversations with US\-based customers.

\- Good interpersonal, problem\-solving, and customer\-handling skills.

\- Ability to manage difficult conversations calmly and professionally.

\- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

\- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.

\#\# Eligibility Criteria

\- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a voice process or customer support role.

\- Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in an international voice process will be preferred.

\- Communication: Strong English\-speaking skills are essential.

\- Work Mode: Work From Office only.

\- Location:Sector 90, Noida.

Job Details

\- Process: USA Inbound Voice Process.

\- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, subject to company policy.

\- Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

\- Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

\- Shift Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
