• *About the Role**We are looking for a skilled and passionate VoIP / Software Developer with strong experience in telephony platforms, backend development, and real\-time communication systems. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel PHP, and WebRTC\-based applications.The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud telephony, contact center, dialer, and communication platforms.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications• Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers• Build WebRTC\-based voice calling applications• Develop backend services using Laravel PHP• Design SIP call flows, dialplans, IVR, and routing logic• Integrate third\-party APIs and telecom providers• Troubleshoot call quality, SIP, RTP, and server\-related issues• Optimize application performance and scalability• Work with frontend and DevOps teams for deployments and integrations• Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:• Predictive Dialers• Contact Center Platforms• Cloud Telephony Systems• Voice Bots / AI Calling PlatformsAdditional Requirements:• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills• Ability to work independently on production systems• Good communication and teamwork skills

• *Educational Qualification**

• B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA / Any relevant degree• Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
