VP of Recruitment - US IT

15\+ years in US IT staffing recruitment, with at least 7 to 8 years managing a recruitment team of 10\+ from India.

● Hands\-on experience with both sub\-vendor/prime\-vendor and direct\-client delivery models

● Deep working knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 engagements and US work authorization (H\-1B, GC, USC,

OPT, EAD, CPT)

● Technical recruiting fluency across Java, .NET, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), data engineering, BI, Oracle,

Salesforce and SAP

● Experience with VMS/MSP platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY or similar)

● Proven ability to cite fill rates, submit\-to\-interview ratios and gross margin contribution from current

or most recent role

● ATS proficiency (JobDiva preferred; Bullhorn, Ceipal or equivalent accepted)

● Commitment to long\-term night shift on US Eastern hours from the Hyderabad office
