The Insurance Coordinator manages insurance verification, authorization, and claims processing to ensure timely hospital reimbursement and clear financial guidance for patients.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Verification \& Authorization:** Verify coverage, benefits, and pre\-authorization requirements prior to appointments and procedures.
• **Claims \& Denials:** Submit clean claims to insurers and manage appeals for denied or unpaid claims.
• **Patient Financial Counseling:** Explain coverage, out\-of\-pocket costs, co\-pays, and payment options to patients.
• **Compliance:** Ensure accurate documentation while adhering to HIPAA and billing regulations.
