• **Invoicing \& Documentation:** Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices, credit memos, and reports to customers in a timely manner.
• **Payment Processing:** Process payments (credit cards, checks) and post them to customer accounts, ensuring accurate cash flow tracking.
• **Accounts Receivable Management:** Monitor client accounts for overdue payments, send payment reminders, and assist with collection activities.
• **Query Resolution:** Address client inquiries and disputes concerning invoices, payments, or account errors, ensuring timely resolution.
• **Data Maintenance:** Maintain up\-to\-date customer files, including billing addresses, payment terms, and contact information.
• **Financial Reporting:** Assist with month\-end closing procedures and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports for management.

• *Skills and Qualifications:**

• **Experience:** Proven experience as a Billing Clerk.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• **Accuracy \& Detail:** High attention to detail to identify discrepancies in billing data.
• **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written skills for communicating with customers regarding payments.
