Job Description – Senior SQL \& Reporting Developer

Design, write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions and triggers in SQL Server

Key responsibilities Design, write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions and triggers in SQL Server.

Build and maintain reports in SSRS and Crystal Reports for production, despatch, marketing, finance and management teams.

Develop dashboards and MIS reports, and automate scheduled report delivery.

Tune database performance: indexing, query plans, and fixing slow reports.

backups, restores, user access and data security; support database health monitoring. Build ETL and data integration jobs (SSIS / SQL Agent) between ERP systems and other applications.

Support and enhance in\-house web applications and REST APIs.

Job Description – Senior SQL \& Reporting Developer

Gather report requirements from users, document them, and deliver within agreed timelines.

Must\-have skills 4–5 years of hands\-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later).

Strong T\-SQL: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, functions and transactions. Proven expertise in developing and optimising complex stored procedures: parameters, error handling (TRY/CATCH), transactions, dynamic SQL and efficient set based logic. Ability to understand business requirements from users and translate them into database logic, reports and working solutions.

Strong problem\-solving skills: debugging data issues, finding root causes of report mismatches and fixing them quickly.

Report development in SSRS and Crystal Reports: parameters, sub\-reports, drill downs, grouping and export formats.

Database design: normalisation, indexing, constraints and query performance tuning.

Database administration basics: backup/restore, jobs, user roles and permissions. Experience with ETL using SSIS or SQL Agent jobs. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for data validation and ad\-hoc reports

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
