Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Report Creator with 2\-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports within ERP systems. The candidate should possess strong skills in SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and report scheduling tools to deliver accurate and timely business reports for various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP reports based on business requirements.
• Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data extraction scripts.
• Design and develop reports using **Crystal Reports** and **SSRS**.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Automate report generation and distribution through scheduling tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Provide support for report\-related issues and enhancements.
• Document report specifications, procedures, and user manuals.
• Develop ad\-hoc reports and management dashboards as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of **SQL Server** and database concepts.
• Hands\-on experience in **Crystal Reports** development.
• Experience in **SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)**.
• Knowledge of **Report Scheduler** and automated report distribution.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Focus ERP, or similar ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Exposure to database performance tuning and data warehousing

Pay: ₹24,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
