Warehouse Analyst

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor daily warehouse operations and inventory movements.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze stock discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, and damaged materials.
• Prepare warehouse MIS reports, inventory aging reports, and stock movement reports.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, stock turnover, and space utilization.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Support ERP inventory management and warehouse process improvement.
• Prepare reports for management review and decision\-making.
