• *Position:** International Voice Process Associate
• *Process:** US Taxation – Form 1040
• *Experience:** Freshers to 3 Years
• *Work Mode:** Work from Office
• *Shift:** Night Shift (US Timings)
• *Salary:** Attractive Fixed Salary \+ Performance Incentives

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to US\-based clients.
• Explain US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040\).
• Coordinate tax document collection.
• Handle client queries and follow\-ups.
• Achieve calling and document collection targets.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good pronunciation and convincing abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
