Herbal Maza is a fast\-growing herbal healthcare company committed to providing high\-quality natural and Ayurvedic products. We are looking for a creative, result\-oriented professional who can manage our social media presence and run high\-performing Meta advertising campaigns.

Position: Social Media Manager \& Meta Ads SpecialistKey Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Create, manage, optimize, and scale **Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads** for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
• Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot issues such as ad disapprovals, account restrictions, pixel events, and campaign optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and conversions through organic and paid marketing strategies.
• Respond to customer messages and comments professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Meta Ads updates, and digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team to execute successful campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager (Facebook \& Instagram Ads)**.
• Ability to create, optimize, and troubleshoot ad campaigns.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) are preferred.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e\-commerce or healthcare brands.
• Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing is a plus.
