Job Title: Trading Business Development Executive

Salary Structure

• **First 3 Months (Training \& Probation):** ₹12,000/month
• **After Successful Probation:** ₹15,000/month
• **Experienced \& High Performer:** Up to ₹22,000/month

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new trading business leads.
• Meet clients through field visits and scheduled appointments.
• Explain the company's trading services professionally.
• Schedule client meetings and Zoom sessions.
• Assist clients with account opening and onboarding.
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
• Provide excellent after\-sales service and regular follow\-ups.
• Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly trading business targets.

Performance Targets

• **First 3 Months:** ₹10 Lakh Monthly Target.
• **After Confirmation:** ₹15 Lakh Monthly Target.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
• Confident personality with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
